The Bronze Horseman

The Bronze Horseman - Paullina Simons If you had asked me a year ago, a month ago, HECK YESTERDAY if I was into historical fiction/romance I would have said, "Naw. Bigtime naw." Then I finished this monster, took a look at some of my favorites ([b:Outlander|10964|Outlander (Outlander, #1)|Diana Gabaldon|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1304187141s/10964.jpg|2489796]) and realized, maybe I'm into it ... a little. Tatiana and Alexander ... you bug me. You fight about dumb stuff. You don't communicate all that well. The middle half of your book is BLEAK LIKE WHOA. But I am jonesing for next book bad. So, kudos for ushering past a genre wall I didn't know I put up.
